Knights of Columbus – Council 12025Thanks for the great support that we received for Lenten Fish #2. From the awesome folks that brought desserts, to the family members that helped make it festive, to the cooks in the kitchen and the ticket takers and fryers outside, to those who stayed for clean-up and of course all the parish and friends that came out to eat and hang out. Tremendous Effort All Around! Bravo!! The money raised goes to support the Parish, the School and many wonderful charities. Thanks again!!!
Congratulations to Knight of the Month Ian. This young man has been a Membership Director ROCKSTAR! Since his Exemplification, he has been an integral part of the Council and has had a tremendous impact on our communication to our Candidates and new members. We appreciate and honor your dedication and efforts. May God continue to bless your works.
The Grand Knight History of Council #12025 plaque was presented to GK Matt along with some of our Past Grand Knights- Kurt, Tom, Pat, Terry, and Bryant. It was presented by the plaque donors except Brother John. Thanks for helping make this happen. It was presented as a small token of appreciation and thanks to the men who have served in this role over the years. May our Council always find men who are willing to step up to this challenge. Also a framed print of Our Lady of Guadalupe was donated. The order is entrusted to her protection. It will be hung near the Knights’ plaques as a reminder and used during Council Exemplification ceremonies.
The NC Down Syndrome Gala was a success. So happy the Knights could be a small part of it. May God continue to bless their work. The Council even received a special recognition plaque prepared with love. Such a well planned and fun event. Thanks to everyone who attended and support their efforts.
Congratulations to our Knights of Columbus Freethrow Championship contestants and winners! Thanks to Brother Adam and all the other Knights that came out in support of this fun event. I think Our Lady of Lourdes School students are ready for March Madness!
What a FUN time at the first Lenten Fish Fry! Thanks to ALL the Brothers that came out to help make it a success!! I only captured a small portion of them. Hopefully others had time to take a few shots that we can add. Fraternity was on display. Thanks to everyone who came out!! We hope you will come back on March 6th for our 2nd Fish Fry honoring St.Patrick.
Nice turnout for the Ministry Fair today. Brothers were not only represented as Knights but also as members of many other ministries throughout the Parish. Way to be the STRONG right arm of the church.
Thanks to the 3 Knights Matthew H., Walt J., and Wesl Z. who braved the 35 degree day with frosty wind gusts to participate in the Polar Plunge today. I also appreciate Brothers Bob B. and Bob and Kathy K. who came out to help organize, take pictures and cheer us on. We raised $2,190 for Special Olympics. Great job guys!!! Thanks to everyone who donated to this effort!
Congratulations goes out to John M. for being named Knight of the Month for January 2026. He joined the Knights in 2018 and has been an integral part of the success of many of our programs since. John has served as our worthy Recorder and became Community Director serving from 2021 to 2025 where he helped initiate programs like the Knights’ Soccer Challenge, Free Throw Championship, Coats for Kids as well as assisting with many other programs in our Council over the years. God bless you and Meg. Thank you for setting an awesome example for your sons.
Congratulations to Brother Pat M. who was awarded Knight of the Month for December 2025. Pat is a 4th Degree Knight with 20 years of continuous service to our Council. He has served as a Family Director, worthy Warden and Grand Knight. He has contributed much to our Council over the years including buying name badges for MANY years, raising money for the Council by hosting the popular Auto Bell gift card sale, and participating in programs such as Birthchoice races, our Exemplification team, Knights’ 1st and 5th Sunday Rosary, pancake breakfasts, and fish fries to name a few. Thanks for your service to 12025- you are a big reason why the Council has thrived! God Bless you.
